Our Story
We are a small family of 3, residing in Smithville for 5years now, loving the small, knitted community and the friendly, caring people here very much !We teach Sushi classes in various venues. Public and Private in the hope of providing fun, educational and memorable moments through our niche field "Sushi Making".
We provide Sushi Friday take-out night with the help of the community out of the inspected kitchen!

Our Chef
Kyoko was born into a household of sushi business in rural Japan.
Because of that, she did not think much of Sushi at all as if it was like air until she travelled outside of Japan and discovered it is such versatile and please to the eye cuisine.
She fell in love with Sushi at last after more than 30years.
She enjoys this creative work everyday now.
